El primer corte de ‘El Consentido de la Mafia’ fue “El Avión de la Kush”, un tema que, desde el mismísimo día de su lanzamiento, consiguió un éxito sorprendente.
Tito y su Torbellino presenta un nuevo disco, caracterizado por un punzante acordeón, letras fuertes y apasionadas, y una tuba que jamás se cansa…
Tito comenzó su carrera artística en el año 2002, después de que abandonara la escuela preparatoria (high school) para dedicarse por completo a la música.
El grupo incluye tuba, batería, bajo sexto, bajo eléctrico, y un magnífico acordeón ejecutado por el propio Tito, quien desde los 14 años toca este instrumento.
Aunque han grabado varios discos antes a lo largo de su trayectoria, Tito y su Torbellino dicen sentirse “bien machín”, por haber firmado un contrato con una disquera tan importante como Sony Music.

The first single from ‘El Consentido de la Mafia’ is “El Avión de la Kush” (The Chronic Airplane). From the first day this song was released, its fame and popularity spread quickly, becoming a smash radio hit.
Tito y su Torbellino presents an outstanding production, with music that features a sharp accordion, passionate lyrics, and a rhythmic and “chakalosa” (cool) tuba.

In 2002, Phoenix-born Tito dropped out of high school and plunged into music-making full-time. It was a big risk, but he knew what he was doing. His group features tuba, drums, bajo sexto (12-string acoustic guitar), electric bass, and a magnificent accordion played by Tito himself, who began learning the instrument at age 14.
Even when he has established himself as the king of the corrido scene, Tito feels “bien machín” (awesome) to be taking this big step in his career with ‘El Consentido de la Mafia’, his first album with Sony Music.
